We just stayed 1 night before heading to Acapulco but we were surprised with the size of the room and the cleanliness. Water pressure was amazing and beds are comfortable

The room was dark. Not enough towels. Housekeeping didn’t leave soap but cleaned away what was there when I arrived. There was no heat and the room was cold. The blanket was insufficient. The mattes was old with lumps and troughs. The breakfast was good .

The room was filthy, asked the staff in charge , they said " we did not have time to clean" , There was still garbage in the trash cans, TV did not work. There were stains on ceiling and a hole up there. We took pictures. Sofa was stained with something like wine stains. The carpet was stained. All in all it was a very bad experience. DO NOT EVER USE THIS HOTEL, is all I can say, I certainly will not.

El lugar está cerca del estadio azteca. El personal muy amable. Habitación muy limpia pero antigua, como de los 90’s. Pero muy espaciosa. No sirvió la televisión y no nos pudimos conectar a internet. Para descansar y dormir está bien

Bueno no hay clima , las alfombras sucias y desgastadas manchadas , los sillones manchados sucios y te sientas y te undes o te toca madres dura , en el restaurante muy pésima comida me sirvieron huevos a la albañil recocidos , los frijoles duros como piedras o sea no estaban hechos totalmente , el recepción la muchacha que me atendió bastante molesta como enojada nada amable , su internet malísimo , ni prendas la TV nada de canales , terrible mi estancia muy viejo el hotel , le hace falta una remodelación total , pero en fin
