The rooms are good for the price. That's not the reason for the 3 stars. Its the staff. They seem to operate under the presumption that you are guilty till proven innocent. It's assumed that you are going to steal from them. Which is quite sad. 50 peso deposit for the remote. Everything, including tables, are bolted down. They don't even greet you when you say 'buenas tardes ' to them. They just stare and look you up and down suspiciously . When you walk in they question whether you even have a reservation , despite having Ben in and out for days. If theives are their typical client base, perhaps I picked the wrong property

Th is is the kind of hotel you stay at if you only plan on sleeping there. Worth the price, but only if you don’t mind 2-3 roaches roaming around. The staff were nice mostly. Some of the gentlemen were rude when it came to storing my luggage for a couple of hours. Would I stay here again? Honestly no

Excellent location, very clean and everyone was so nice and helpful, especially Mrs. Yolanda, the restaurant manager. She always welcome me with a great attitude and the food was great. The rest of the workers were also very fine and professional. I’ll go back again if I need to stay in Mexico City.

They offer free soap, shampoo, shower cap, king size bed, room service Tuesday - Saturdays, and nice furniture. But cockroaches can come through holes around pipes in the bathroom. The electrical outlet in my room was loose. But overall, for a 2-star hotel, it was pretty good. Clean.

El personal fue muy amable en todo momento y me apoyo en todo. La limpieza fue buena. Por el precio creo que es una excelente opción para hospedarse en CDMX. Lo único que podría comentar como área de oportunidad es que en mi habitación había una fuga de agua, el piso del baño siempre estaba mojado y había que caminar con cuidado para no resbalar al igual que la parte de la ventana estaba un poco descuidada. Sin embargo considero que es una buena opción de hospedaje en especial por el personal amable y precio. 👍 Gracias por la estancia.

Si tienes la oportunidad de venir, ahórratela! El lugar es feo y sucio. Según taxista la zona es peligrosa y si parece. Si llueve se inunda completamente la salida.
