El agua de regadera inundaba la sección del inodoro, no había jabón de manos , las sábanas y almohada estaban descuidadas y con quemaduras de cigarro, las persianas rotas, folleto informativo estaba pegajoso y sucio, se filtraba demasiado ruido del exterior y de otras habitaciones. No permiten salir y regresar con tu llave, te hacen dejarla y eso no es usual en un hotel. El precio que pagué de $1600 estaba excedido pues en el lugar su precio era de $990. Me pareció más motel de paso que hotel. Terrible en general

Lo renté pensando que sería un hotel familiar, me hospedé por unas horas por viaje de trámite gubernamental, con mis hijos adolescentes varones, queríamos dormir unas 5 horas cuando menos, cuál sería mi sorpresa que es un hotel de paso iluminado con luces neón en elevadores, pasillos y habitaciones, el cuarto tenía un sillón turco, la regadera expuesta con cristal templado transparente y el baño expuesto con cristal templado arenado, obviamente no nos bañamos, ir al baño fue incomodísimo, moríamos de risa y vergüenza ajena, por la incomodidad del momento mis hijos intentaron dormir en la cama y yo en el suelo, pero no podíamos, creo que deberían aclarar que es un hotel para adultos. El personal muy atento. Cuando vaya otra vez a cdmx me quedaré ahí pero con mi esposo jajajajaaaa.

Una excelente opción para un escape

Realmente es una muy buena opción para salir de la rutina ya sea en pareja o en solitario, las habitación que me tocó era muy confortable, quizá el único pero el ruido que se filtraba del exterior por la mañana, pero entiendo por la ubicación que no hay nada que hacer por ello. El personal fue amable y el servicio a la habitación bueno, sin duda volveré algún día.

Facil acceso, si quieres un lugar tranquilo no es el lugar. A las 2:00am. En la habitación de a lado tenian la musica demasiado alta y no me dejaron dormir. Avise en recepción y la asistente tenia mucha gente atendiendo fue lo que me comentó, asi que tardaría unos minutos para subir a notificar a la habitación, porque estaba sola

Lástima de servicio, instalaciones buenas.

Al llegar y mencionar que hice reservación a través de hoteles.com no tenían ni idea de lo que les estaba hablando. Me dijeron que era imposible. Les mostré el e-mail de confirmación y, después de esperar 15 minutos, finalmente me dieron acceso. Para que hagan la limpieza de la habitación, debes pedirlo 3 veces antes de salir del hotel porque para ellos lo “normal” es no hacerla. Lástima de servicio porque el hotel es muy lindo y las habitaciones muy cómodas.
