The building has a common roof garden with spectacular views of the city, and has a barbecue area right there.
The washer and dryer are not inside the apartment, it is going up to the top floor (Roof Garden) and they are common coin machines for the building.
The Neighborhood:
The closest store is a 5 minute walk , it is an OXXO-type convenience store.
The street is cobbled and very quiet
Getting Around:
There is uber and cabify in the area and the closest metro is the metro observatorio
