Service is going way down
How is it possible you charge for a lost plastic key?. THis is th third time there is no body lotion in the bathroom and I have to ask for it. Space between bed and window is not enogh to pass thru, everytime I wanted to open the windo I had to ggo over the bed.

Little loud but comfortable
The room was spacious and comfortable. The minor problems were that there was no nightstand and I had to stand on the bed to draw the shades. Major problem was seepage of music all day and night until 10 pm.

The receptionist didn’t give me appropriate info about where and how to park my car. The hotel doesn’t have parking spot. The property is old. There are several bars around and you can hear the noise from the room.

We loved this hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, the staff was outstanding, and the location is quiet, charming, and in the midst of lovely Polanco. It was truly a perfect vacation in beautiful Mexico City!

As always, very accommodating and helpful staff. Two big improvements: 1) The door is closed when the person from the front desk is absent -they seem to be more careful now. 2) AWESOME brand-new mattresses in rooms. HUGE improvement!

Don’t stay here if you want to sleep! They are right next to a restaurant that plays really loud music until 1:30 AM. Aside from that, the property is clean and in a very good location.

Nice quiet street close to Ecobici bike stations. Our room was very spacious. People were nice. Our things were safe inside. Kitchen had enough of what we needed. Coffee maker, microwave, stove top. Wonderful stay. No breakfast included but nearby cafes and restaurants

This was the second time I stayed here for work. Definitely after a year and a half the rooms are looking a bit rundown. They had a suspension order on the door of the hotel which right from the start means trouble. They used to refill the water bottle and now they just left it there unfilled. The bathroom is looking tired and the knobs were broken. The safe in the closet was locked and not even bolted to anything. Bed was really really creeky and loud. In the living room the amenities are looking tired, my table had many stains. I was missing a remote control for the TV and even though I asked for my bottle of wine, it never came…I went to buy one. Anyways its looking like even the staff are bored to be there.
