El lugar es bonito, y las vistas de la Ciudad de México, Santa Fe son divinas. Lo malo es que la alberca es suuuuuuuper fría, imposible entrar a nadar. El check in es a las 3, y el cierre de alberca y restaurante a las 6pm. No te da tiempo de disfrutar el hotel 100%. La tv de la habitación se veía borrosa. De ahí en fuera, nice!

I loved that they have 28 floors in this massive hotel and we were at the very top. They have incredible views and their nearby restaurants are amazing! Try out Cabanna-YUMMY! A great gem in Mexico City with lots of shopping and eateries nearby in their financial district. Amazing!

El hotel está bien pero tiene carencias como la oferta de comida u otras como habitaciones sin una mesa y una silla para trabajar. Y cuando solicitas una, te dicen que no tienen. Mejorable todo al final.

I left the same day of my stay . A Halogen light fell in my head while I was shutting the cabinet overall it was the worst hotel I can go on I don’t have the energy for it

Loved our stay

Service, food, view, room was EXCELLENT. Loved our stay. The pool needed a little more maintenance. It had fungus, and the heater was not working. The speakers of the room have no sound quality. Besides that, the interior design is beautiful and the 27th room was amazing
