The property is well located, and has the perfect amount of space a trip. It is near many of the main sights of the city, and is in a safe, trendy neighborhood.
Stayed here for 5 nights and it was great. The man who takes care of the property is very friendly, and the person who handles communication is super responsive. Location is perfect. Would definitely recommend!
I thought it was a fantastic value. My room was really comfortable, and I loved the shared kitchen and amenities. The property is perfectly located and that’s what matters to me most. My room was pleasant and quiet and clean.
The property is in a great location. Safe to walk around, full of restaurants and a great social place overall! The only downside for the 3 people room (1 queen bed and a single bed) was that nor the room nor the bathroom/shower (which was inside the room) had ventilation or window. It was very hard to air out the room.
Discover Condesa is an excellent option to stay at La Condesa when you are visiting Mexico City.
The surroundings are pretty nice. Full of green areas and parks. A few blocks away there is a metro bus station, which is also very convenient for transportation as well.
Overall this accommodation is very cost effective with a couple of things to improve (mattress was kind of old and the WiFi is not very good at the bedroom)
Great location! Located next to a Metrobus line that goes near La Zona Rosa.
Porque Mexico is very close. It's worth the visit.
The bed was comfortable. My room had a ceiling fan. Which helped keep me cool at night. I was actually a little cold in the middle of the night. But the bed has a thick, comfy blanket.
No TV in the room. I don't need it anyways.
My room was on the 3rd floor up a short flight of stairs.
The restroom/bathroom is shared with a few other rooms on the same floor. It wasn't an issue because I was often, the only one here.
The area around is good neighborhood and a lot of tourists around. There’s about cafes , shopping centers and walkable restaurants to go for. I stayed 8 nights here and it was very quiet and staff was a super nice guy. I give it a 8/10 only because I feel they could have cleaned the floor and shower area better when I arrived. Also, I feel the stairs need to get repaired because they make to much noise and one of them felt like it was ganna fall off any time soon. Overall, affordable and nice area.
The room had no ventilation. It smelled of mold all the time. The access hallway was poorly lit. There was no accessible equipment for cleaning and maintaining the room.
The location is perfect — very close to many food and drink spots and right by the main road. The street behind is lovely for daytime walks, though at night it can feel a bit quiet and dark, so it’s not ideal for tourists. Overall, I felt safe during our stay.
Cleanliness is excellent — I’d give it 9/10. The stairs to the second floor are narrow, which could be tricky for some people, especially if you’ve had a bit to drink 😅. The bedroom area is comfortable and worth the price. The bathroom ceiling is a little low — not an issue for me, but my husband is 6’4” — so taller guests may need to be cautious.
The main downside was the water: it doesn’t stay hot if other rooms are using it at the same time, and even when it is hot, it’s only for a short period. There were also a few small areas of mold on the shower ceiling.
Overall, we liked this place. It’s not a fancy hotel — if you have high standards, a traditional hotel might be better — but for the price and location, it’s a great Airbnb-style stay.
Oscar the host was wonderful and gracious. The beds were so comfortable, new memory foam mattresses and great pillows. Quiet spot right off the Hippodrome. We loved it and we'd stay there again!
