We were in town to visit friends, and the hotel room price was reasonable for the quality of the property. The food was excellent - especially the daily breakfast buffet. The variety and quality of food items were amazing at a reasonable price. The entire staff were very attentive - the reception desk at check in and check out, the restaurant servers, and housekeeping all were excellent.

Paid breakfast in advance but server tried to charge almost every day claiming his system didn’t show breakfast as paid, false advertising about a terrace restaurant, they don’t, food is bad anyway it looks they serve breakfast leftovers, two Uber drivers tried to steal my luggage.

El personal tuvo mala actitud, principalmente el de recepción. Cuando me registré el 10 de mayo, pregunté si mi reservación y solo para confirmar, porque la reservación que hice contemplaba con desayuno, el personal me dijo que si. El lunes 11 salí temprano y no desayuné, el martes 12 si lo tomé y me encontré con que no estaba incluido, me dijeron que pasara a recepción a aclararlo y estaba la persona que me hizo el check in, y ahora con un mal trato se desdijo y me dijo que no era cierto, que yo estaba mintiendo, le reclamé y terminé pagando en el restaurant el desayuno por $ 340.00. El miércoles 13 ya no lo tomé porque se me pareció muy caro para un par huevos, un poco de fruta y un vaso pequeño de jugo. En el restaurant porque cené ahí el domingo 10, pedí un Ribeye y me llevaron un Newyork, de diferente peso, pensado que yo me daría cuenta, cuando lo reclamé, me dijeron que no tenían lo que había pedido y terminé con una arrachera. El lunes 11 también cené en el restaurant del hotel y pedí una pasta que la llevaron cruda. El estacionamiento por las lluvias cuando llegué estaba inundado, a donde me indicaron que me estacionara se mojaron mis zapatos y además está oscuro. A este hotel lo conozco desde hace muchos años y principalmente lo que veo es que el personal no está comprometido, no les interesa mucho la atención al huésped, no es como en el pasado, donde consideraban al huésped lo más importante.
