Second time in a ULIV property in Mexico City. So much better than a hotel - great to have a kitchen and living room to spread out, and the rooftop terrace was a nice bonus. I was on the second floor so it was noisier than higher floors, but overall it was a great and affordable option.

The accommodation is spacious, clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location, just in front of Antara. Polanco is lovely with lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping areas. The staff is friendly and attentive.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It is located in a very good area with so many places to eat at walking distance. The location is excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The place is extremely clean, and they provide an excellent service to all their guests. The room is very spacious and modern looking. I will highly recommend ULIV Antara to anyone traveling to Mexico City.

The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed — especially the kitchen and comfortable space to relax. I truly appreciated that. Smart TV The only challenge was upon arrival. I got there very early around 5 AM after a long trip, and there was no one available to assist or even guide me to a waiting area. I completely understand check-in starts at 3 PM, but in that moment I felt a bit lost and helpless after traveling alone. When I returned at 3 PM for check-in, it still took a few extra minutes before I could go in. Not a big issue, but something that could be smoother for future guests. Also, the shower water temperature sometimes wasn’t as hot. Overall, once settled, my stay was very pleasant and comfortable. 🌸 Very happy Antara mall was across the street! And also plenty of food options around. The street corn around the corner is must. Wifi was great! Filtered water to drink, fridge, electric stove, microwave. All good.

I absolutely loved this property. I only gave it 4 stars because if you have to sleep in 70 degrees F you won’t like this place, because I couldn’t get it below mid 70s BUT otherwise it was golden.

My favorite thing about staying in a professionally managed property is the quality guaranty. I arrived very late, and the check-in was flawless, you get a text message with your room code and when arriving there is only a quick ID check. I prefer this check-in method way more than in a hotel that can take a couple of minutes. Everything felt like new. There are also a lot of food options around. The experience was like in a 5-star hotel but half the price.

Good but need better cleaning

Honestly, the apartment is nice, modern and spacious. But cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Bed sheet does not look clean, I had hair under the sheet that I had to try to clean it as much as possible. The floor was very dusty I had to wear a slipper inside the apartment. Aside from that it's a good stay.

The apartment was very clean, organized, new, and comfortable. It really feels good to be there. The location was great the zone is very nice and secure. We had a bad experience with one of the guys at the lobby. We never received the code of the door in our e-mail, and we didn't know we were supposed to received it. This person in the lobby behaved extremely rudely and he refused to help to solve the problem by arguing that he was only there to keep an eye on the people coming in. What people want when they arrive in another country is to have tranquility and relax. Definitively this character ruined it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed and secure. First and foremost, I want to commend the security team. The security personnel were not only professional but also extremely friendly. Their warm greetings and helpful demeanor made me feel right at home. They were always available to answer any questions and provide assistance, which greatly enhanced my overall sense of safety during my stay. Speaking of safety, the hotel itself is very secure. I noticed that the premises are well-monitored, and access to the building and guest areas is tightly controlled. This attention to detail ensured that I could relax and enjoy my stay without any worries about security. In addition to feeling safe, I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. My room was spotless and well-maintained, and the common areas were equally clean and inviting. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in keeping the hotel in pristine condition. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and clean place to stay. The exceptional service provided by the security team and the meticulous attention to cleanliness truly set this hotel apart. I will definitely be returning for future visits.

This is in a great place; full of shopping malls, boutiques, stores, grocery shopping, and office buildings around. Palacio de Hierro is right on the next block of ULIV Antara and Antara is right in front of it. The staff is really nice and accommodating and there is security all day long in the lobby. The laundry area has a washing machine, a dryer and laundry soap so all you need to is to bring your items to wash it and wait for the washing/drying cycle to finish. You don’t need to pay! I stayed for 10 days and they gave me a room cleaning service for free. All the amenities you need are available in the bathroom and the kitchen. It is really cozy and nice. The only small issue is the fact that you can hear the cars in the street since it’s a busy area, but they provide ear plugs if you’d like to use them. I’d love to be able to coincide and stay here again if I come for another business trip.
