Casa Lomah is an amazing place to stay in Mexico City. Very central and walkable, the staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. I visited Mexico City during Dia de muertos and my room was a bit loud.

Freshly renovated place with an amazing location. Big gratitude to the staff and the freshly individually baked breakfasts felt like home. The only minus which I found was the loud music on weekends due to the dancing in the park.

What a fun place! Just how it looks in the pictures. The rooftop is dreamy, and the building below houses all kinds of shops/food/bars! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved the location…it really is right on the big plaza with tons of food stands and shopping. 10/10 would stay again. Thank you Casa Lomah!

Good breakfast but noisy at night

Over all it was nice experience. However, the water wasn’t hot enough to take a shower and water pressure wasn’t good either. Breakfast was good though. Since we stayed in front of the city view. It was very noisy at night.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the room. It's really well situated right in the heart of the city next to the Alameda Park. I can't say enough about how friendly and warm the staff were. It really felt like a home away from home and that I was staying with friends. The only negative point for me was the temperature in the room. I was hot and so put the fan on but I had trouble sleeping because the it was so loud even on the lowest setting. If I ever make it back to Mexico City, I will definitely stay at Casa Lomah

Great location but you are not getting money worth

This hotel is in a fantastic location (top of a park) and below is a cute food and shopping hall but that's all the positives I would give for the price your paying. You are paying a lot in comparison to other hotels in the area and you don't get your money back in return with the room. Cold showers No aircon just a very noisy fan. No lift (you will be going up 3 flights of stairs) Sadly when we stayed the rood top bar was also closed and there was issues with the electrics meaning we couldn't enter our room and was informed that once the electrician had fixed the issue to leave a window open 'just incase' If you are paying high prices for the hotel you expect greater service and stranded of hotel.

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at Casa Lomah. Great location, and such a pleasure to walk out and be in the beautiful Alameda Park. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared each day. We’d definitely stay there again.

NO HOT WATER!!! Don’t stay here- we booked this hotel for the tub surrounded by plants, looked forward to a nice bath only to find no hot water, not in the tub, shower or sink. The only staff member left before 5pm. I tried to reach someone through email only to be dragged in circles and then ghosted. The area is nice, but it’s noisy. There is no AC and it’s up 5 flights of stairs with no elevator. Consider another place to stay.

The room itself was more or less as advertised but the building where it was located was very uncomfortable. The accommodations are on the top floor of a commercial center that is completely open to the public, the front door of which faces a very active marketplace and transportation hub for metro and metrobus. There was a lot of public drunkenness, and people in rough situations/ways, and a lot of police presence. The front door to the building is completely open to the public during the day and closes from 1am to 7am which makes it very inconvenient for late nights out or early morning flights. The hotel is on the fourth floor and the building is a walk up which is also not very fun for carrying luggage. The door to the hotel space does not lock, only the doors to individual rooms, motel style. The hotel staff have limited/inconsistent hours and were unwilling to help bring luggage up or down, despite not having made clear their hours or the nature of the walk up in their posting. Wish we would have stayed in a more formal hotel tbh.

Aunque quien te recibe es amable… Te echan a las 11 a. m. (alguien viene a tu puerta para sacarte) Tienen un ventilador en pésimas condiciones Demasiados moscos (las ventanas podrían tener mosquiteros) Tienes que subir casi 4 pisos (no hay elevador) Los alrededores del hotel están muy muy sucios
