The Space:

Casa del Sol is a unique Porfirian-style home in Roma Norte, designed to enjoy the city without losing the feeling of tranquility and privacy.



The house blends classic architecture, high ceilings, handcrafted details, and light-filled spaces with a large interior garden and private rooftop that make the home feel like an oasis in the middle of Mexico City.



It features 4 bedrooms, spacious common areas ideal for groups, fast WiFi, and a warm, relaxed atmosphere designed for disconnecting, working comfortably, or spending quality time with friends and family.



Located in one of the best areas of the city, you’ll be surrounded by restaurants, cafés, galleries, and local life, while still returning to a peaceful and character-filled space at the end of the day.



🌿 The gardener comes every Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm for outdoor maintenance. He has his own keys, so there is no need to let him in or interact with him.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy all areas of the house, since it is designed exclusively for their comfort and enjoyment.



Each of the rooms will be available to guests so that they feel at home. Whether to rest peacefully or to prepare for the day's activities, you can enjoy private and comfortable spaces.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



* We offer a breakfast service (for an extra cost), which we can help you schedule. We have a menu for you that includes vegetarian options :).



TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service.



Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy and art! We will give you recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most visited neighborhoods in the city.



In addition, we will be available for anything our guests need :). Our schedules available online from 9am to 10pm.
