This is a great option in the most luxurious part of Mexico City. The apartments are clean, very modern and the staff are very nice and friendly. There’s two shopping centers nearby great coffee shops and everything is within walking distance.

Great location close to shopping, restaurants etc . The apartment is on the smaller side Hot water was temperamental. Fixtures were loose in the small main bath and the light is not over the mirror so was hard to shave. It was good for a few days but I would not have an extended stay. If your a light sleeper keep in mind the bedrooms are street side and super noisy with traffic starting at around 5:30am.

I loved this hotel. It was small, but had everything we needed. The only bad park was lack of parking. There was a parking lot nearby, but not on campus.

Friends trip

The place is great, very clean, modern and accessible. There was no daily cleaning, we were fine, just something to keep in mind. A lot of noise from the street but not sure giving the location it could be any different. I could keep use it from now on. Great coffee next door too!

The property was small - rooms were small, we could hear the outdoor street every night so it was noisy - the windows were not equipped for the area. The bathrooms were unusually small and uncomfortable to get into and out - (5,7 - 156lbs) and still felt uncomfortable. Would probably not reserve again unless I had to.

El departamento se encuentra muy bien localizado en Polanco. Pudimos disfrutar la zona. En cuanto a las instalaciones cabe mencionar que una lámpara del baño se encontraba rota y el cespo de un baño presentaba una filtración. Las recámaras están ubicadas hacia la calle Homero y en la noche se presenta moderado ruido de tránsito vehicular. Nos hospedamos 5 personas y solamente habían 4 toallas y no había ropa para vestir el sofa cama. Había únicamente una persona de seguridad en la recepción del complejo de departamentos. Nos dirigimos a él para solicitarle una toalla, las sabanas del sofá cama y reportarle los imperfectos que habían en el departamento, sin embargo, nos mencionó que todas esas solicitudes debían ser dirigidas a la empresa Capitalia Palacio Polanco ya que él fungía únicamente como guardia. Me hubiera gustado que él nos hubiera podido ayudar directamente y no tener que triangular a través de un mail dirigido a Capitalia Palacio Polanco

Es una buena opción para hospedarse por la ubicación en una zona segura y céntrica. La propiedad estaba bien. Salita y cocina cómodas. Poco espacio para circular dentro de la habitación. La puerta bloquea el acceso al baño, algo incómodo y no puedes caminar alrededor de la cama sin golpearte una rodilla. El personal de recepción es 5 estrellas. Excelente servicio de Juan José y Julio. Como huésped fue preocupante e inevitable notar que los dejan trabajando hasta 30 horas consecutivas sin relevo. La comunicación con mi host fue pésima o mejor dicho nula. Nunca contestaron. Solicité hacer late check out sabiendo que era sujeto a disponibilidad, por lo que hice la consulta a las 6 de la mañana y 5 horas más tarde no me habían respondido. Me mandaron a las cleaners a avisarme que el late check out no había sido autorizado pero nunca me respondieron a mi. Tuvimos que correr a empacar lo que nos faltaba porque las cleaners necesitaban entrar. Pésima comunicación. Si eres de los que duerme hasta tarde por las mañanas, este hotel no es una opción. El ruido de la calle se escucha como si las ventanas estuvieran abiertas. Inclusive hasta el seguridad conversando con algún huésped en la acera, se escuchaba como si estuvieran dentro de la habitación. Las ventanas cerradas no ayudaban.
