Caliza Roma was in a great location! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was updated , clean and bright with so many amenities. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to CDMX

Staff was incredibly helpful and gave wonderful suggestions. Location is great, close to a lot of restaurants and the metro. The one thing is that the beds are not very comfy, but everything else was awesome!!

Room was very clean and check in was a smooth process. The location was so convenient as there is many shops and restaurants nearby. It is loud as other reviews have stated, but nothing ear plugs or white noise can’t fix.

It’s a good place to stay in Mexico City however at the check in process they ask you for a $250 usd deposit that I was not expecting, our apartment didn’t have electricity for half a day which ruined our plans for that day, the property offered a 20% reimbursement for that day, I still don’t see that money but hope to see it soon. Overall it was good just the manager could be more helpful when things like this happens, offer a quickest solution when something doesn’t work in the apartments

Only reason I couldn’t give it a 4 is because there was construction next door and they would stop late. Also at times there would be a sewer smell from the restroom. Other than that it’s a perfect location and close to many great spots.

Our group of 7 enjoyed our stay and comfortably fit with the three bedrooms. It was a bit loud as some other reviews mentioned with the street noise and thin walls, but we were prepared with ear plugs so it wasn’t too bad. The location was very central so we were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and shops. Would recommend the matcha place downstairs!

Wonderful stay in Roma Norte. Everything was as expected for the price. The room was very spacious and overall very clean. The area the hotel is in is quite central, but it is at the fringe of the Roma Norte area - however the area is still wonderful. I will also note that the area it is in is very busy and can be a bit noisy if you're a light sleeper.

I paid over $3,000 for 5 days. Too expensive. It was a decent size and the pictures accurately depict the property. The washer/dryer machine did not work. It ruined my clothing. The place was not cleaned properly. The towels were not replaced even though there was a request made to replace them. An apology will not suffice especially considering how much I paid.
