I had a wonderful stay at the Andaz Mexico City Condesa. The hotel was beautiful, perfectly located, and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my solo trip. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay at the Andaz Condesa! The property has everything! Lots of restaurants, roof top pool, late night activities, cafe’s, a flower shop and even a roof top bar dedicated to spending time with your dog. The hotel is absolutely beautiful also. The design is very aesthetically pleasing and the staff go above beyond! Although it is a bit far from a lot of tourist attractions, I couldn’t recommend it more.

The pool and rooftop closes early. I contacted the property several times to try and get some concierge services in which they did not reply. It was for a surprise anniversary and there was just a lapse in service. Rooms are really small. service could be a lot better, room service is 24hrs but a really small menu. Try four seasons, brick, condessa df ,or Hotel Carlota, Casa Decu, Octavia Casa, ULIV spots, Casa Luciana hotels. I wouldn’t return or recommend

The hotel is very stylish and fun in both design and attitude - although the small checkin desk is oddly located and its twisting hallways can take a bit getting used to. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the staff is very courteous and attentive. The lounge and rooftop have lots to offer and the views from the rooftop lounge are excellent; as are the drinks, food and incredible drag brunch show on Sundays. The pool however is odd; with its glass wall facing the roof patio, it feels more like an aquarium for the lounge and its far smaller than it appears in photos. The hotel is perfectly located, but be warned that the Av. Insurgentes is very busy and Very Loud. If you are on one of the first 7 or 8 floors facing that street, you may have a hard time sleeping. The rooms facing towards the opposite side of the city are much much quieter (i say this because we had to change rooms). So be warned.

Came to CDMX for a birthday/concert visit. The Andaz made this trip even more special. Dany the bellboy, specifically! We came back from the Harry Styles concert to find a birthday cake, luggage tags, and a memorabilia ticket. Little details like that were great. The rooftop pool was clean and beautiful, as well as the rest of the hotel. For nervous travelers, the abundance of staff and security will put your mind at ease. We were 2 female travelers (34/16) and felt very safe and checked in on the entire time. Would 1000% recommend staying here!!

Perfect stay at the Andaz CDMX. Super kid friendly and the rooftop pool did not disappoint. Neighborhood location perfect. Breakfast each day was lovely. Our server Hugo was five stars. I’d 10/10 go back.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a safe neighborhood close to several restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel gym is good. The bathroom is really good. The rooms are tiny. The hotel pool is on the 17th floor (rooftop). To get to the pool, you walk through the rooftop restaurant. The pool is glass and 100% visible from the rooftop restaurant. There is no privacy for hotel guests in the pool. In addition, the hotel closes access to the pool when there is a private event at the rooftop restaurant. We couldn't use the pool during our 5 night stay. I would not recommend this hotel if you intend to use/spend time in the pool.
