"Beautiful home in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Coffee on the back porch overlooking the lake was great! The home is situated on a large cove without much boat traffic. It felt like we almost had a private lake. King-sized beds everywhere! Large trees by the lake offer afternoon shade. The lake was about 2.5-3 feet low in June 2026 so the boat ramp didn't work for my boat (2016 Malibu Response) but there was a ramp within 15 minutes that was easily accessible - 10 launch fee. We skied and road the tube immediately in front of the house so folks could be on the shore and watch the happenings. Some lakes we've been to, we had to drive 15 minutes down the lake to find smooth water. The water was great here with no traffic!! Joey was a great host!"
