"The property looks exactly like the pictures! It was nice and We do recommend! We had a couple of issues and Nick handled them quickly and efficiently! He was so easy to work with! As you get older you are not use to changes., he even answered our silly questions so quickly! The house is close to everything! Beach, zoo, downtown and even my daughters wedding and house! Thank you Nick!"
"We were coming into town for a wedding and we’re supposed to check in an hour before the rehearsal. I messaged the owner multiple times the day before got their phone number from VRBO and called multiple times. Even VRBO customer support tried to get in touch with them and they never returned any of our calls or messages. Left us in quite a pinch as we had to scramble and find a hotel room that cost us double what we would’ve paid for this property. Luckily VRBO processed a reimbursement, but I would never stay at a property owned by this individual after this experience."
