"Room was wore out not very clean way to much noise late night disrespectful guests. Tv didn't work all the time i needed it. Keys reprogrammed had to walk all the way to front desk to get in. Only got 3 hours of sleep 1st night with arguments and loud music outside my window. Cold coffee and no cream 2nd day, workers didn't show up. Would like refund! "

"Pool closed, rooms very dirty, no Hot water shower was freezing cold, breakfast was like a continental breakfast versus buffett. The staff however were great and pleasant. We were to sray 3 nights left after the 1st night. "

"Comfortable room with comfy beds and a working temp control that warmed up our room immediately. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice and well-maintained pool and spa. Will happily book a room again when we travel that way. (Reasonably priced through Hotels.com too!)"

"24 hour coffee bar! Very good breakfast. The room was spacious with tons of storage options. The bathroom was spotless and supplied quality toiletries. The could not have been more hospitable! Would have liked to stay longer!"

"Yes the room was in good condition..The door to the room looked like it was kicked in at one time.. After my first night stay I could not get my room serviced...I needed clean towels and glasses and coffee cups and bedding..I went to the front desk to request for this service and she told me she would contact Housekeeping....When I returned to my room at 7pm there still was nothing done...I went back to the front desk and was told the manager told her that the service is done every other day.. I told the lady at the desk what I needed and she was kind enough to supply me with the items.. clean shower towels, hand towels and wash clothes, Clean Glasses, Coffee cups, a box of kleenex tissues, and more coffee for the coffee maker.. I needed toilet paper, but that was under lock and key and she will have to find someone to unlock the area so she could get me toliet paper..She was so kind to bring it to my room and set it outside my door. I could not get my bedding changed so we slept in the dirty bedding...and Just so you know all during the day on my floor in the hallway was four piles of dirty bedding laying in the hallway...BUT I WAS TOLD THE MANAGER SAID EVERY OTHER DAY....so according to the piles of bedding in the hallway, it must of been the other day, but my room did not get touched...I question now does the bedding get changed after the visit of a guest ? or is it the new guest gets there night with dirty bedding because it does not fall into the Every Other day schedule"
