Holiday Homes in Messenia Region

"Stunning location with heautiful amenities! "

"Great place. Great hosts. Beautiful beaches."

"This has been our second visit to Schiza House as we love it so much. The home is well equiped and if you are looking to get away from it this home is perfect. Close enough to the local Tavernas and supermarkets, and a pefect base to visit the south of the area where lovely beaches mix with historical sites. The hosts are great, they leave you to enjoy your stay and answer any questions rapidly. The home is clean and and the pool has plenty shaded areas when the early afternoon sun hits. Enjoy...

"We first stayed at this villa 10 years ago and it had only got better. Lovely pool, great views and very well located for restaurants at Gialova and gorgeous beaches! Super communication with the host and the place was immaculately clean and regularly serviced. We would highly recommend and won’t leave it 10 years next time."

"We had a fantastic stay here and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. It’s a lovely, genuine family-run set-up where you are made to feel right at home from the start. The hosts were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a stress-free visit. The apartment itself offered plenty of space, felt very comfortable, and had all the everyday essentials well covered. Having access to the lovely pool was a brilliant bonus—clean, peaceful, and the perfect spot...

"The apartment had all you need and was spotless. It is perfectly positioned with an ample terrace with a sea view to watch the wonderful sunsets. It is 100 yards from a lovely beach with beach bar. Christos the host was always on site and available to sort any issues and to give advice on restaurants, places to visit etc.. The apartment is also close to ancient historical sites. We had a great stay there."

"We enjoyed staying on the modern holiday house with great sea view. We left comments and improvement suggestions with the facility management company Holihouse, which were said to be given attention. If done, great place to stay."

"Absolute bliss"

"A couple of minor issues. Door doesn't open when key is turned. It has to be pulled out, towards you. Toaster blows the main fuse. Shower tight, cruise ship size with no support. Absolutely spotless."

"A beautiful villa and pool surrounded by olive groves and pretty flowers. Very private and well-equipped. Very clean with good WiFi. Great taverna only 10 minute walk away. The host was very helpful, met us so we could follow him to the villa. He also gave us a bottle of the best olive oil."

"Great property, close to most things"

"A very well equipped villa, in a great location very close to the beach. The pool and outside area were very pleasant with a variety of seating areas. The host responed to any requests promptly to ensure our stay was comfortable."

"Extremely helpful people and we will absolutely do business with them again. Other than the bed being gritty we enjoyed the rental."

"Great location right by the water and a beach, with towns nearby and sites to drive to. The house was spacious and the host answered any questions we had in a timely manner. She even dropped off pastries from a local bakery. There was a friendly outdoor stray cat that lived on the property that gave our stay a homey feel."

"Ideally located, close to beach, quiet as away from main road, perfectly equipped, hosts helpful best place we’ve stayed in Fini."

"Spectacular location! It really is an endless blue seafront retreat. Charming, traditional house, overlooking the beautiful Messinian bay and with a lovely garden. Stathis and Marina, the property owners, are very helpful and welcoming."
