Enjoy a full game room with arcade machines, pool table, ping pong, and queen-over-queen bunk beds — serving as the exciting 5th bedroom!

Maximum Occupancy (Per Mesquite Municipal Code): Up to 12 adults (age 12+). Children under 12 are not counted toward this limit.

Our home includes enough beds to accommodate families, but no more than 12 adults may stay overnight, per city regulations.
