Just a few steps from the center of San Bernardino and all main services, SANBE SKY VIEW is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a rejuvenating holiday in the Swiss Alps.

Located on the first floor, it welcomes guests with a small hallway that leads to the bright living area, harmoniously divided between a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy corner with a sofa and TV. The kitchen peninsula, which also serves as a dining table for four, creates an elegant and functional balance between the spaces. A large French door opens onto the private balcony, a true quiet corner where you can be enchanted by the view: snowy mountains in winter, lush forests and Alpine scents in summer. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed, perfect for families or small groups of friends. The parquet floors and wooden furnishings envelop the spaces in a warm and authentic atmosphere, turning the apartment into a welcoming retreat after a day of outdoor exploration. A simple and classic-style bathroom with a shower completes the apartment.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.



The apartment has a private covered parking space in the condominium area.

No commercial activity is allowed inside the apartment.

By car: From the A13 motorway towards Chur / San Bernardino / Bellinzona Nord, take exit 33-San Bernardino towards Curil, then follow the GPS for 5 minutes to reach the apartment.

By train: From Bellinzona Station, take bus No. 171 towards “Chur, Postautostation” and get off at the stop “S. Bernardino, Villaggio,” then walk about 6 minutes to reach the apartment.
