"My stay was disappointing due to poor service. Housekeeping was non-existent—they gave us cleaning supplies instead of cleaning the room. They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. "Nice hotel, very new, clean. I did a few self check in hotel and this one is relatively clear and easy for the whole check in, check out and digital key system control. Restaurants in the same building which is convenient."

"Lovely little appartement with a shared swimming pool. Walking distance to shops and lake. Not a lot of restaurants in walking distance but many by car or ride a bike. The sofa bed is a little too hard for an adult. Er had a great time though. "
