Vacation home for up to 12 people on the Baltic Sea / Bodden with rowing boat and sauna

  • Stand-alone 220 m² holiday home and sauna house right on the water with a view of Rügen. With its special location between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 30 minutes. accessible by car. A rowing boat and a sauna in the sauna house are available to tenants on site from February 2018. The entire approximately 3000 m² property is fenced and partly surrounded by hedges and bushes. In the garden there is a tree / play house for children. On the lake side there is a large terrace with a barbecue.
