Es erwartet dich eine 2021 sanierte lichtdurchflutete Wohnung in ruhiger ländlicher Lage.

Die stilvoll und modern eingerichteten 50 m² bieten mehr als genug Platz für zwei Personen. Idyllische Wald- und Wanderwege liegen ebenso wie der Ruhrtal-Radweg direkt vor der Haustür. Die Lage am Rande der Kreisstadt Meschede sorgt außerdem für eine unmittelbare Nähe zu den beliebtesten Wintersportgebieten des Sauerlands. Auch der Hennesee ist mit dem Auto in ca. 10 min. zu erreichen.

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail und einem hohen Anspruch an uns selbst möchten wir dir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in unserem Apartment ermöglichen.

Der Wohnbereich mit Smart-TV und Soundbar lädt zu gemütlichen Filmabenden ein. In der modernen Küche lässt sich problemlos jedes Lieblingsessen zubereiten, dafür stehen jegliche Küchenutensilien zur Verfügung. Grundzutaten wie Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Mehl, Essig und Öl sind immer vorhanden. Ein geräumiger Kühlschrank inklusive Gefrierfach, Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, eine Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Nespressomaschine lassen dabei keine Wünsche übrig.
Beim Essen am Tresen der offen gestalteten Küche sind gute Gespräche garantiert. Lange Tage auf der Ski-Piste oder den Wanderstrecken kann man wunderbar unter der Regendusche im modernen Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung ausklingen lassen. Auf der windgeschützten Terrasse lässt sich bei einem Glas Wein der Sonnenuntergang genießen. Ein gemütliches Kingsize-Bett sorgt im Anschluss für erholsame Nächte. Ein großer Abstellraum bietet genügend Platz für Fahrrad, Ski, Sportausrüstung, Koffer oder Mitgebrachtes jeglicher Art. Kostenloses WLAN und ein Arbeitsplatz macht das Apartment auch für Business-Reisende interessant.

Der Eingang befindet sich gesondert zum Rest des Hauses und führt über die eigene überdachte Terrasse. Ein separater Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Apartment.

Das Apartment befindet sich direkt am Waldrand im ruhigen Wohngebiet des Mescheder Nordens. Uns erreichst du über die Autobahn 44, unweit der Ausfahrt 69 „Enste“. Die nächste Bushaltestelle (Meschede, Waldenburger Straße) ist nur 200 m Fußweg entfernt. Der Bahnhof Meschede bietet eine gute Anbindung Richtung Dortmund und Kassel. Einkäufe kannst du fußläufig im 800 m entfernten Supermarkt tätigen. Nach Absprache besteht die Möglichkeit auch bei längeren Aufenthalten Waschmaschine und Trockner zu nutzen.

Wohlfühloase

Klein, aber oho!!!! Die Wohnung punktet mit Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Ambiente. Es war alles in bester Ordnung. Der Gastgeber ist kommunikativ und unproblematisch. Genau so stelle ich mir meinen Urlaub vor. Trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe zur Autobahn ist es tagsüber und auch nachts sehr ruhig. Einziger Abzug macht da sicher die schlechte WLAN-Verbindung aus. Dies ist aber sicher nur "Makulatur" in der Gesamtwertung. Gerne wieder!!!!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Ruhig gelegen , alles vorhanden was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus , eigener Eingang und kleine Terrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊
