About this property

Modernized vacation apartment in the beautiful Sauerland

In the middle of the Sauerland our bright and spacious apartment was created, which was completely renovated in 2019. The apartment is located in an old half-timbered house, which is located in a small village (Höringhausen) on a busy street. Above the house is located after a piece of pasture directly a large forest area with many beautiful trails and trails for biking. An equally beautiful forest area is located on the other side of the garden / street. This area also has beautiful forest trails that invite you to hike and relax.

Höringhausen is located between Meschede and Westernbödefeld. In the area there are several ski resorts (for example, the ski "Hunau" in Schmallenberg-Bödefeld or the ski and leisure area "High Song" in Gellinghausen) and the Hennesee.

The apartment extends over two floors and measures a floor space of 114 m². It invites you to relax and linger. The apartment has a large living and dining area with kitchenette, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Above the house in front of the entrance to the apartment you will find in the warmer months, a covered seating area with a barbecue. The garden in front of the house can also be used for recreation.

Freunde-Wochenende mit Hund

Es war total schön, es war alles da, was man brauchte. Es gibt einen großen Wohn und Essbereich, drei ausreichend große Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Mit sechs Personen sind wir bestens klar gekommenen. Der Kontakt zur Familie Kellerhoff war absolut unkompliziert 🤗 wir sind uns einig, dass wir diese Ferienwohnung ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen und auch nochmal buchen würden 😊😊😊

Super liebe Gastfamilie am Rande eines idyllischen Waldes

Es war ein wundervolles verlängertes Wochenende. Wir waren zu 6. mit unserer D&D-Runde vor Ort, um uns zu einem Spielewochenende zu treffen. Da wir aus unterschiedlichen Regionen in Deutschland kommen, machen wir das 1-2 mal im Jahr :) Die Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft groß, geräumig und hatte den richtigen Charm! Es war alles sauber, ordentlich und schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt - und das, obwohl unser Vierbeiner ab und an etwas unruhig war (neue Umgebung). Aber auch unser Hund hat sich mit dem süßen Waldstück direkt hinter dem Haus angefreundet und so waren alle unsere Bedürfnisse abgedeckt und wir würden jederzeit wieder vorbei kommen!

Super Urlaub, super Unterkunft

Wir sind mit 6 Personen und 2 kleinen Hunden zum Ski Wochenende angereist. Als wir ankamen war der Vermieter direkt vor Ort und hat uns netterweise sogar eher ins Haus gelassen. Wir waren sofort begeistert von dem Haus. Alles war super sauber, Top eingerichtet, besser geht es nicht. Die Vermieter waren immer ansprechbar uns sehr nett. Die Lage ist auch super, ob zur Piste oder zur Stadt. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes WE und sind uns alle einig das wir diese Unterkunft wieder besuchen. Vielen Dank an Familie Kellerhoff

Gute Ferienwohnung

Es ist eine schöne in der Natur und somit etwas abliegende Ferienwohnung. Dank der 2 Badezimmer gab es auch mit 5 Mann aus 2 getrennten Haushalten keine Rangeleien. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und der überdachte Grillplatz rundete das Erholungserlebnis ab. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub genossen und können die Ferienwohnung auch weiterempfehlen!

Würden wir wieder buchen!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig im Grünen gelegen. Es ist sehr sauber, schlicht aber gemütlich eingerichtet und alles für den täglichen Bedarf ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns zu Fünft sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns vorstellen nächstes Jahr wieder nach Freienohl zu kommen :)
