Located in a quiet holiday home settlement with a view of Lake Hennesee, just 300 meters from the beach, this house sits in the heart of Sauerland. The holiday home and outdoor areas were completely renovated, newly furnished, and redesigned in 2024. A parking space with a wallbox is available in the driveway; use is possible for an extra fee. The garden house features an infrared sauna where you can relax with a view of the garden and the lake.

The modern living room with smart TV and floor-to-ceiling windows invites you to relax. From here, you reach the open-plan kitchen with a bench for up to 4 people. The living area has underfloor heating.



The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, and plenty of crockery, glasses, and utensils.



One bedroom with a large double bed, smart TV, and lake view. One children’s room with 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m).



A bathroom with accessible walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, washbasin with cabinet, towel radiator, and underfloor heating.



The newly landscaped garden with a partially covered, spacious terrace is fully fenced and offers a large table with 4 chairs, lounge set, beach chair, and sun umbrellas.



At Hennesee, you can rent kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. Sailors can rent guest moorings. The Winterberg ski lift carousel is 30 km away. The Hunau and Hohe Lied ski areas are about 15 minutes away.
