Quite and beautiful place with an amazing garden and pool. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is well located for daily tours to different towns and beaches in the district.

Wow! What a fabulous stay. The hotel could not have been more helpful, welcoming and wonderful. The rooms were stunning, the location superb, the dining delicious and the hotel dogs a fabulous added treat! They were even fabulous enough to bake and decorate a cake for my mum’s birthday which she celebrated there. A truly memorable and delightful experience from walking in to leaving.

Beautiful place to stay but the food was disappointing (not hot enough) and some of the staff were quite rude, not the friendliest and we witnessed some unpleasant behaviour between staff.

Ze adverteren met de romantische sfeer van het oude gedeelte van het hotel waar we voor kwamen. Hier hebben we enkel ontbeten. Er is wel een prachtig nieuw modern zwembad aangelegd met handdoeken service, wat natuurlijk wel fijn is maar dit is niet waarvoor ik kwam. Het oude zwembad was verwaarloost en alleen zitjes aanwezig, geen ligbed en niet uitnodigend om in te zwemmen. Een uur eerder inchecken kon wel wat ontzettend fijn was. Personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en de kamer erg ruim. Minpunten: - Ons balkon had geen uitzicht, we keken tegen een boom, gelukkig waren we er maar 2 nachten. - Aan het ontbijt de 1e dag waren we 1 van de laatste ontbijt gasten en het was overal goed, vers wit brood, jammer dat de volgende ochtend toen wij vroeg gingen ontbijten hetzelfde witte brood er lag en niet vers dus, ook de restjes taarten van gisteren lagen er weer. Sap kon je zelf schenken in een papieren beker i.p.v. een glas zoals je zou verwachten van een 4 sterrenhotel. - Het ergste vond ik eigenlijk wel dat er een bruiloft was, en dat is natuurlijk super mooi, maar niet als er tot half 4 midden in de nacht muziek wordt gedraait waar het hele hotel van kan meegenieten. En wij zaten in een kamer aan het einde van het hotel. De bruiloft was in het begin van het hotel. Arme gasten die er naast sliepen. Misschien hadden wij gewoon pech, maar voor ons geen 2e keer meer.

Kamers in orde, groot, proper, niets op aan te merken. De accommodatie rond het hotel laat te wensen over en stemt niet overeen met de foto's en aanbiedingen: maar 1 zwembad (op de foto's lijken meerdere zwembaden aanwezig), fitness bestaat eigenlijk niet (er is een kamer met onbruikbare afgedankte toestellen, tennisvelden onbespeelbaar (netten en velden kapot), .... Grootste teleurstelling was dat de ligstoelen rond het zwembad verhuurd werden aan derden en dat de gasten van het hotel dus opeens ligstoelen verder weg moesten nemen.

Très belle hôtel

Super séjour, grande piscine, chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix. vaste parking. Il faut avoir une voiture pour se déplacer. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Chambre 'classique' grande et avec balcon mais à la déco vieillotte et montrant des signes d'usure. Salle de bain convenable (baignoire).Hôtel situé dans un beau parc arboré avec très belle piscine.Malheureusement celle-ci ferme à 18h30, ce qui est bien trop tôt pour en profiter après une journée de visites. Bon petit déjeuner et restauration très correcte le soir. Contrairement à d'autres avis, nous avons trouvé le personnel froid dans l'ensemble- il fallait parfois leur arracher le bonjour.Il faut savoir aussi que l'hôtel est spécialisé dans l'organisation de mariages/ fêtes privées et notre dernière nuit a été trop courte en raison de la musique extrêmement forte qui nous a empêché de dormir avant 1:45 du matin. Evitez donc d'y séjourner un weekend aux beaux jours. Globalement trop cher, nous n'y retournerons pas.

Purtroppo mal consigliati da amici, ci imbattiamo in questa struttura, che veste eleganza, ma una volta svestita mostra solo orrore. Prenoto una suite, ci danno una stanza di 20 mq appena, con vasca idromassaggio che fa male solo sedendoti, in quanto i fori non avvitati bene tendono a graffiare. Andiamo in piscina, e ci imbattiamo nella maleducazione totale. Danno i posti in piscina a seconda di quanto paghi e soggiorni. Quindi noi dovevamo stare dietro secondo loro insieme alle formiche e sotto il sole con un neonato perché davanti c erano stranieri che si fanno un mese. Ma per favore! Dopo una litigata che ancora i turisti ci guardano.. riusciamo ad ottenere un posto migliore. La sera se hai un bambino e per miracolo sei riuscito a farlo addormentare, devi trovare un percorso tortuoso e diverso dal ingresso principale, stando attento anche a non essere bagnati dal loro sistema di irrigazione che innaffia sia le piante che la gente che passa, perché ogni sera c è un matrimonio o una festa con parte condivise dagli ospiti che invece si vogliono rilassare.. ristorante e servizio bar da suicidio. Un amaro del capo.. 6 euro. Praticamente gli abbiamo pagato metà bottiglia. Menù al ristorante peggio di una trattoria, con rispetto parlando per la trattoria, con prezzi da cracco. Orecchiette al sugo 10€… n* 2 petto pollo alla contadina 15€… un trancio di salmone piccolissimo 16€… Ringraziando il cielo il mio Salento non è solo questo. Bordo piscina in simpatica compagnia

Salento di charme

Trascorro un centinaio di notti in albergo ogni anno e raramente ho trovato strutture di questo livello di qualita’ ad un costo cosi’ accessibile. La tenuta , le camere ed il ristorante sono ottimi e la cortesia, professionalita’ e disponibilita’ del personale hanno contribuito a rendere ancora piu’ piacevole il soggiorno .

Una bella struttura trasformata in un hotel del tipo catena, nessuna attenzione ai dettagli, unica nota positiva shampoo e bagnoschiuma che non nomino per evitare pubblicita’. La piscina e servizio bar della piscina veramente deludente con un occhio di riguardo ai clienti come se chi si ferma una notte avesse pagato meno, idem per il ristorante e per il salone della colazione. Mi sento di ringraziare la signora delle pulizie delle camere veramente carina e disponibile. Non ci tornerò mai più perché per la stessa tariffa posso trovare strutture di livello maggiore.

One of the best hotels in Italy

A delightful hotel in every respect. Very clean throughout - couldn't fault the cleanliness and hygiene. Huge pool. Very effective air conditioning (clima) in the room. Spacious room, plenty of free parking, restaurant is good but the nearby town (Mesagne) has a lot of choice too.

Struttura molto piacevole,tanti spazi verdi godibilissimi,splendida piscina,e persino un bellissimo orto e piante aromatiche.Camera ampia,fresca e pulitissima,con una terrazzina privata molto bella e gradevole,presente in tutte le stanze,sebbene non soggiornassimo in una delle stanze rimesse a nuovo,che sono ancora più belle!Bagno in condizioni eccellenti,con scelta ottima dei detergenti a disposizione,biancheria sempre fresca.Colazione eccellente in un suggestivo pergolato affacciato su un altro splendido giardino.Ristorante buono e servizio rapido.Tutta la tenuta appare in ordine e molto curata.Personale gentile e discreto.Ci è piaciuto tutto molto,siamo una coppia con due bimbi molto piccoli che hanno girato liberamente senza alcun problema igienico o di sicurezza.Aumenterei solo seggioloni per bimbi al di sotto dei 3/4 anni e aggiungerei nursery nei servizi al parco piscina.
