The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, dining essentials, and a dedicated coffee station, making everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners easy. High-speed Wi-Fi and multiple TVs keep everyone connected and entertained throughout the stay.



One of the home’s standout features is the huge bonus and game room. Equipped with its own dedicated mini-split air-conditioning system, this comfortable space is perfect for games, movie nights, or simply spreading out after a busy day of exploring.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.



Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a residential Merritt Island neighborhood, the home provides a relaxed place to recharge while remaining convenient to many of the Space Coast’s most popular destinations. Merritt Island is positioned between Cocoa and Cocoa Beach and is known for waterfront dining, boating, lagoon access, wildlife experiences, and its proximity to Kennedy Space Center.



Spend an afternoon exploring the restaurants and locally owned shops of historic Cocoa Village, head to Cocoa Beach for sand and surf, or visit Port Canaveral before or after a cruise. Nature lovers can also explore nearby parks, boardwalks, wildlife viewing areas, and the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge region.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is the easiest way to explore Merritt Island, Cocoa Village, Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Port Canaveral, and Kennedy Space Center. Ride-sharing services may also be used throughout the Space Coast, but availability and wait times can vary.



Public transportation is limited, and Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex does not offer direct public transportation, so guests planning to visit should drive or arrange private transportation. Parking instructions for the property will be available in the Guest Portal before arrival.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

• Paper towels

• Toilet paper

• Tissues

• Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

• Light cleaning supplies. Please note that no laundry soap is provided.

• Garbage bags

• Sponges

• Dish soap

• Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



Pool and Pool Service

• Pool service professionals access the backyard approximately twice per week to clean and maintain the swimming pool. Service dates and times may vary due to weather, holidays, or scheduling needs.

• There is no safety gate surrounding the pool. Children and guests who cannot swim must be closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in the backyard or near the pool.



Please Note

• Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the property to help monitor the home while it is vacant. There are no cameras inside the home.

• Mailbox access is not available for guests.

• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

• To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, this is a strictly pet-free property.

• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Florida’s warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.
