There's plenty of space on the property to park your boat trailer, and the nearest boat launch, Bobby's Boat Landing, is just 0.6 miles away.

Unwind on the screened-in porch off the living area and take in the stunning sunsets, or head downstairs to the spacious covered area under the home—ideal for cookouts, family games of corn hole, or simply enjoying the breeze. Additional outdoor furniture, and a crab pot is available in the “Nubby Shack,” a rustic structure built in 1980 that has stood the test of time through all kinds of weather.
