The kitchen is stocked and fully equipped to prepare any meals you desire.
Outside sits the patio with firepit, grill and games for the entire family and friends.

As the sunlight fades, relax in one of the unique rooms with plush beds and full blackout curtains.

The space
Beds and Sleeping Setups:
-3 Bedrooms | 4 Beds | 2 Baths | Sleeps up to 8
-Blackout curtains in all bedrooms
-1 King, 2 Queens, and 2 Full sized Beds
-Crib available in the second bedroom

Entertainment Options:
-The living room has a smart TV with a two piece sound system
-Board games, outdoor games, firepit available
-Internet speeds are up to 550 MBPS

For your Convenience:
-We do not require any cleaning or checkout tasks
-We provide caffeinated and decaf Expresso as well as Drip Coffee and English Breakfast
-Grill and Firepit have complimentary propane, although not guaranteed
-Washer, Dryer, and Iron + Board with complimentary detergent
-There are two full bathrooms, with any essential toiletries provided

Kitchen:
We provide a fully equipped kitchen with most cooking/baking devices. Feel free to message us if you're curious about one. We might have it.

Backyard:
See our pictures to imagine using the vast space of the backyard. There is no fence, but quite a bit of trees and shrubs for some privacy.
Enough space exists outback for large groups.

Parking:
Please be advised, our driveway fits about 2-3 cars only. There is parking space directly next to us, but we do not have authority to grant permission to park there.

Early Check-ins and Late Checkouts:
We will try our best to accommodate an early checkin or late checkout but cannot guarantee it because of demand and cleaning requirements.

Security:
For the safety and security of the property and guests, we have 2 cameras on the exterior. One for each point of access.

Decorations:
Please don't use things sticks like glitter or confetti. Things like freestanding backdrops are fine.

Guest access
The entire home and exterior are accessible, except for the unfinished basement which is used for storage space
