"The Hampton Inn Portland Downtown Waterfront is in an excellent location near Old Port and the waterfront restaurants. It was very easy to retreat to our room during the day to cool down and relax in between sightseeing and shopping. The parking is weirdly expensive for such a hotel, but the valets were professional and easy to work with."
"We loved our stay at Portland Regency! Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and responded immediately to any requests. We did not dine at the hotel but enjoy the basement bar. The room, whilst lacking a 'view' was large and the bed was enormous. The bathroom had everything we could ask for and more! We loved being so central that we could nip back several times a day in the unseasonable heat to refresh ourselves with the air con!"
"The parking was easy and very secure. The attendants were the best! The room was exquisite, and the coffee, tea, pastry, etc bars on each floor were so nice. All seating areas and the restaurant offered everything we could want. Very welcoming and helpful staff. "
