River View Loft on the Mermentau River with pool access
The perfect, cozy, romantic getaway on the Mermentau River. This studio style apartment includes a full kitchen, queen size bed as well as queen-size sleeper sofa, and full bathroom. This apartment also has a cozy work nook , whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, this apartment can accommodate you!
Property has a large private screened in porch with plenty of seating area, a private entrance, and gorgeous views of the Mermentau River and surrounding scenery.
We offer a private boat launch for guests to use near the property. Guests can fish off of the large decks on the river or launch a kayak to take an evening boat ride. Our guests also have access to the large fenced-in pool during permitting seasons.
*** Need more room? We have another studio apartment right under this one! Rent the upstairs and downstairs apartments! Apartments are very similar in style and size. Bring the family and spend the time together and relax!
. We do offer kayak rentals during your stay! Kayak rentals are $25 per day per kayak and include a life jacket and paddle!

It was a great set up for our family. The kids loved fishing, swimming and swinging. We stayed on the deck and in the pool! We had so much fun the time went by way to fast! Ready to go back and make some more memories!!!
