"Great hotel, very nice clean beautiful good bar restaurant safe easy to shop my only complaint was the charge for parking 50-60? A night. When I booked on hotels.com I thought it was included. Hotel is pricey you would think parking would be included or less"

"Front desk help was friendly & helpful on check in. Cookies (as I had forgotten) were a nice touch for a late night check in. On check out, Charnice Bell and Cynthia Bailey at the front desk were helpful in promptly correcting a wrong charge to my room for a restaurant charge. Nice hotel."

"Our stay was great overall. It’s a nice area and hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to stay. My only concerns were some doors being damaged. Then we didn’t have serviced done to our room all weekend. Other than that I’d stay again. The staff was very helpful."

"parking is not included, fair warning. valet for your car overnight is $60 a night (park in the garage across the street, it’s half as expensive). valet drivers are push and a little rude. they tried to take my keys from me while i was unloading my luggage and got mad when i wouldn’t hand them over even when i didn’t want to valet my car. hotel is decent and clean. a nice pool area and coffee shop on the third floor. one of the elevators didn’t work which caused traffic sometimes, but we were there for a music festival so that is to be expected"
