"Yes great service "

"The room door did not latch when closed. It could be pushed open from the outside with no effort. It could only be locked from the inside using the deadbolt. Check in was quick but staff was not very welcoming. "

"Room and clean and comfortable! Elevators did not work so had to use the stairs. Because of everyone using the stairs there was loud banging everytime someone came throigh the door which made the morning a little difficult to get good sleep. "

"I take several vitamins, supplements and a few prescription medications every day. I left my morning pill pouch in the room. I did not realize it was missing until the next day. I called the hotel and talked to Keisha(?) and she said housekeeping had turned it in and she had it right there on her desk. She held it for me there until I came back through Meridian almost a a week later and I picked it up. That kind of customer service is outstanding."
