Really great stay at Nova Roma. New renovations made for a modern stay in a beautiful old town building. Staff was also fantastic so, great stay all around and look forward to the next time.

It was okay nothing special, location is excellent, but badly in need of updating and refurbishment. Be wary of hotels.com saying free self parking there is a 14€ a day charge for this facility. Whilst saying that after a heated debate the receptionist waived the charge in the end.

No hemos podido descansar

El hotel está bien ubicado, pero poco accesible actualmente en vehículo porque la calle está en obras. Hubiéramos agradecido que nos lo hubieran advertido. Tuvimos que aparcar en un parking más lejano y recorrer el camino hacia el hotel con dos maletas voluminosas. En la recepción, la persona de la tarde, correcta pero bastante seria, en cambio la persona de la mañana, muy amable y servicial. El hotel bastante deteriorado, necesita bastante más reforma que la pintura de las paredes de los pasillos que le están haciendo. La habitación sencilla y limpia, con lo imprescindible, y con necesidad de renovar sobre todo el baño. Pero no hemos podido descansar a causa del ruido ininterrumpido que hacía la climatización general del edificio, que se oía incluso con tapones. El desayuno, correcto. Si el hotel estuviera reformado y bien insonorizado quizás repetiríamos, pero en el estado actual, no, porque no hemos podido descansar, que era el objetivo principal.

nice hotel close to historic area

loved the roman ruins that were at the top of the road from the hotel. easy to walk around to see all the sights. alcazabar from outside was stunning and bridge next to it with the river was a good sight. restaurants good.
