Luxury mediterranean Villa, perfect location

Casa Ravello brings Mediterranean style and its colours, to mix them with the nobel elements of Yucatan: wood, stone, chukum, yute and henequen.
Natural fabrics and textures such as cotton and linen, besides recycled glass and ceramic pieces , achieve an ideal balance : timeless and relaxed, but elegant and unique space in Merida, due its features.
Designed for couples/families who want to enjoy a perfect high standars oasis at the best location in Center.




Upon entering the house, we find a large hall that will invite us to visit the different spaces of the GROUND FLOOR;

-Firstly, a spacious living room, with double-height ceilings and exposed beams. The perfect place to share a coffee or glass of wine, or a moment of reading, with dim light. This room is the oldest in the property, so through the lighting and the setting, the exposed walls have stood out, showing the almost 200 years of original construction.

-Secondly, and advancing down the same hallway, there is a beautiful studio with an interior garden, with a classic white sofa as the main character.
50-inch SmartTV with Cable and two independent work spaces for those who want a totally private office.
Wifi 125 megabytes, throughout the property.

-Finally, we reach the large kitchen-dining room where everything is air and natural light. Equipped for 4 people with quality appliances: filter coffee maker/ Italian coffee maker/ Nespresso coffee maker/ microwave/ large kitchen with oven/ blender/ hand blender/ bread toaster /water filter.

In addition: complete kitchenware/ set of knives/ cutting boards/ complete tableware for 4/ variety of trays/ glass set with lid for storage/ wine corkage set/ table cloth and individual yute placemats/ coasters/ glasses / drain pasta and vegetables.

This beautiful space, with a 180 degree view of the garden and pool, is undoubtedly one of the most enjoyable in the house.

Also a long bench and a beautiful pool with filter, colour lights and interior seat ( 3.5 meters large, 1.80 meters wide, 1 meter deep )
At the back of the property, laundry room with washer and dryer.

TOP FLOOR:
Going up the wide stairs, a small hall balcony.
On the right, the first room, with a king size bed, a window with patio s view, a bench with cushions and a large closet with plenty of storage space.
Bench to support suitcases and large mirror.
Very spacious bathroom, with a big window ( Chaka tree s view ), tub or bathtub, and shower.

Returning to the hall, on the left, we find a corridor with a huge closet (much of it is for the private use of the hosts) and then the second room: a huge space with 4 exterior windows, two long benches as footboards and a suitcase support. , closet with storage space and a full bathroom with shower.

Lovely property, close to everything in Centro

A beautiful and carefully renovated property. The host was responsive and easy to work with. Restaurants, parks, and a local market all within close walking distance. We had a great stay.
