"At first we were very disappointed in the condition of our room and bathroom. It was not at all like the pictures. We then spoke to manager Aviva who was amazing and she explained that the hotel was under renovation and showed us the new floors. It was unfortunate that we did not experience the new rooms but would definitely try again in future. Beautiful
