No aircondition and in july its super hot! Room was nice. Breakfast ok. However the town was so beautiful. Would visit the town again.

l'hotel è in posizione comoda e offre dei servizi base adeguati, come ad esempio la colazione abbondante. Da migliorare il comfort del letto, un po' corto (a una persona di media statura uscirebbero i piedi dal letto) e dei cuscini, un po' troppo duri. Pulizia ok

Meget ringe værdi for pengene.

Meget gammelt og umoderne hotel. Sengene var meget hårde og især hovedpuderne føles som at sove på en sten! Vær OBS på at der ikke er aircondition og at værelset derfor er ulideligt varmt ved ophold i juli. Morgenmadsbuffetten var virkelig elendig, og hvor højdepunktet var da en fugl satte sig og på buffeten og spiste kage. Hvis hotellet havde været billigere så havde man måske været mere tolerant, men det var altså en overnatning til 209 euro.

Delusione per il rapporto qualità prezzo

Camera pulita e letto confortevole ma... Parcheggio non disponibile come invece indicato nella descrizione. L'hotel si trova in un vicolo non accessibile in auto. Nei dintorni ci sono solo parcheggi in strada o parcheggi a pagamento, non citati come ogni altra struttura che non ha parcheggio cita. Il check in, il check out e la colazione si effettuano in un altro hotel che seppur sia vicino é pur sempre un'altra struttura. Idem la spiaggia, é dell'altro hotel. Al Bettina c'è solo il pernottamento a cui accedi in ogni ora con le chiavi in quanto non é presente personale. La camera é senza aria condizionata, ma dotata solo di un ventilatore. La tv é posizionata sulla scrivania, lo specchio dietro la tv. Gli arredi sono riadattati/incastrati negli spazi, un comodino é inserito a 90° incastrandolo in un angolo e rendendolo utilizzabile solo come ripiano. Sul pavimento non vi é quasi posto per aprire un trolley. Colazione a buffet nella norma, scadente il servizio, fra un cliente e l'altro le tovaglie sono sollevate e riposizionate ogni volta rendendo il pavimento pieno di briciole. Molti chiacchiericci polemici in sala fra il personale sulla frutta posizionata al buffet. Durante la nostra colazione ogni tavolo é stato gestito così. Il pagamento é accettato solo con carta. Non siamo persone di grandi pretese ma, viaggiando molto, 137 euro per una notte così... sono troppi e comunque pagando 137 mi aspetto come minimo le tovaglie cambiate ogni volta per i clienti della colazione

Im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, wenn man keine Hohen Ansprüche hat. Zimmer sauber aber ohne Klimaanlage, an heißen Tagen kaum auszuhalten. Restaurant direkt unterhalb. Sofern man ein Zimmer hat, das direkt zum Garten des Restaurant gelegen ist, können einen die Gäste sehen und beobachten, sobald man das Fenster im Bad öffnet. Sogleich ist das Buffet für die Mosquitos eröffnet. Also kein Mückengitter an Fenster oder Balkontür. Keine direkte Rezeption sondern im Due Palme. Kostenloser Parkplatz 300m entfernt. Keine Möglichkeit direkt vor dem Hotel zu parken. Mühsames Koffer tragen.

Hotel comodo per la posizione

Hotel in ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla piazza principale del paese che da sul lago. E' della stessa proprietà dell'hotel Due Palme da cui dista un centinaio di metri. Camera carina e semplice. Personale cordiale e disponibile. wifi non prendeva.

Preis - Leistung stimmt

Das Hotel liegt 50 Meter vom See entfernt, Zimmer sehr ruhig. Preis- Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall, Zimmerreinigung tiptop. Mergozzo ist ein kleines, traditionelles Dorf mit viel italienischem Charme. Wir haben hier 5 Nächte als Familie verbracht und kommen eventuell wieder hierher.

Petit hotel qui ne mérite pas ses trois étoiles

Rien de tel qu'un court séjour dans cet hotel pour ne plus avoir envie d'y retourner même sous la torture. Prendre l'ascenseur qui pue de tel manière vous promet un séjour plus que douteux, ensuite le WIFI ne fonctionnait que par moments, le ventilateur du WC fait tellement de bruit qu'il réveille tous les occupants de la chambre,...le coffre-fort était inutilisable...Nous avons demandé que ces points soit amélioré mais le patron ne devait pas être dérangé...effectivement nous l'avons vu pêcher sur le lac...puis rien n'a été fait. Pendant la nuit, nous avons été réveillé par des hurlements qui émanaient de la chambre d'à côté, murs laissent transparaitre le moindre bruit entre les chambres. Nous ne retournerons jamais dans cet hotel.
