nice hotel bar, but the rooms are looking dated and could do with an overhaul. Cleanliness could be better.

8/10 Very good! (801 reviews)
We got put in a room way in the back. Very dark to access at night. Also the room was much smaller and in worse condition than the he pictures with paint peeling off the walls. It was also incredibly dusty and irritating to my sinuses.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,006 reviews)
We stayed 3 nights in Ghent and really enjoyed the city and the stay at the hotel. I don't know if it was the level of room we booked or if the level of service was the same for all but if you skipped having your room serviced they would leave coupons for free beer or wine in the hotel bar. Thought that was a great idea. We also were not expecting the turndown service but each night when we got back to the room, slippers were laid out, bed was turned down, there was a bottle of water and a glass on each night stand and chocolates on the bed. The hotel is really nice as was all the staff and the location is perfect. Our expectations were exceeded and this is most definitely the hotel I will book next time we get to Ghent.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (525 reviews)
The location is close to tourist sites but far enough to be quiet. As a first time visitor, I found the staff very helpful in locating trams and restaurants. There is an on site restaurant and breakfast available. I also appreciated the kitchenette !

9.2/10 Wonderful! (117 reviews)
"Very convenient in the center of town, with shops , supermarket , cinema and restaurants around the corner, I came by public transport from Eindhoven Airport and was easy to get here . Even though there was a loud “kermis” on the big square at the time I was there, I didn’t hear any noise when in ..."
