"Heated pool was cold. Place was clean but had horrific smell, like mechanical oil spill and had a lot of trouble breathing. Room was ok and at least smell didn’t go into room. "

"The hotel was awesome and accommodations were also. We stayed in a pet friendly room that was immaculate!! Coulda used a door mat on the entry, snow and sand tracking we didn’t want to make a mess Food and drinks were excellent in the boiler room restaurant Maybe a pet friendly pad for the couch that can be washed between guests would be a good idea for the couch And the breakfast man Tom was awesome food excellent and great conversation!! See ya next year!"

"Turned on the hot water and it was so hot it burned my hand. I'm glad that I did it and not my granddaughter. The pool it said 4ft and it wasn't that far intill it dropped off. Not happy at all with my stay. Never again."

"Amazing place with great amenities like a game area, outside patio with a nice fire, and snacks/drinks in the room. Easy to get to the slopes too. "

"Room felt neglected- no shower curtain, TV did not work, walls and screen window was shabby - I kinda expected some neglect - this seemed like too much. Then saw the smoke detector cover was missing and lost confidence in it’s safety so left and booked at another location. "

"When was immaculate! Like a little apartment. Perfect for what I needed. I went there because my children live near there and they were super accommodating. They allowed my kids to come and visit me at the hotel and they were able to use the facilities. The pool was so much fun and the staff were incredibly nice. "
