Altogether, the estate comfortably sleeps 12 guests, 8 in the main house including the private suite, and 4 in the cottage. This property includes a deeded right of way that provides access to a neighboring cottage located at the end of the point. From time to time, you may see the cottage owners or their guests walking along the edge of the property to reach their home. As part of this agreement, they are also afforded designated parking spaces on the property. We kindly ask that you keep these spaces clear and accessible to them at all times during your stay. You will receive specific instructions upon arrival with all the information you need to enjoy your time here comfortably and respectfully.
