Embrace the Lakes Region lifestyle in wonderful Meredith with this nicely updated home that is just a short walk from a beach on Lake Winnisquam. The large living room has an open atmosphere enhanced by the vaulted ceilings and skylights, and a wood stove adds a cozy ambiance to those chilly fall and winter nights. Three bedrooms allow for plenty of living space, Screened in porch. There is a shared very shallow beach entry for swimming and kayaking. Boats can be rented for the day at Winnisquam marine and a public boat launch here https://winnisquamwatershed.org/public-access/. There is no dock available.

Great family vacation

I was hesitant to book a new listing with no prior reviews, but I'm glad we did as we had a great time. We had a few minor hiccups in the beginning, but Ronan was quick to respond and they were easily resolved. The lake access was also a nice option for a quick swim after dinner. The location was perfect for getting to both Meredith and Laconia.

Nice, quiet place to stay

This property is down a dead end road along the northern section of Lake Winnisquam. While not directly on the lake, it has lake access via a small beach, good for swimming and putting in kayaks, floaties, and canoes. The house, up a small hill, is secluded and private from most other houses. It is very comfortable, a good size, with comfortable beds, decent linens, and a full kitchen. We found it to be a great, peaceful home base for great local hiking, sight seeing, and kayaking. We would certainly consider a return visit.
