The pool and hot tub are great! It can get crowded on weekends. The check in staff were very polite. The check in cookie is always a nice bonus. The room is nice and clean. No issues except for a broken bathroom door. Would book here again for the pool and hot tub alone.

I enjoyed my stay. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom door: it was a sliding door with no lock, and you had to fiddle with it or it would start to slide open. I wouldn't care as much if it were just my partner and me, but this trip included my friend because our room had two queen beds.

The staff was fantastic! We arrived two hours early and were upgraded and given a room since ours wasn’t ready yet. We went to see Lady Gaga and unfortunately she canceled. The staff help us find something else to do. The room was neat and clean.

They upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite, breakfast was subpar, this is a low end hotel, the roomss are spacious, it would go a long way if they spend some money and upgrade this hotel.
