Lovely apartment with great views to the sea - 5 min from the beach!
- This charming apartment is located in a peaceful and immaculate complex featuring a large swimming pool surrounded by expansive landscaped gardens, only 5 minutes walk to a shallow beach, ideal for kids, and to local amenities and basic services (restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc).
The porch and its small private garden, comfortably furnished with a table and four chairs, overlooks the sea, the pool, and the community gardens. The living/dining area features a three seater sofa, a leather armchair, dining sitting for up to 6 persons, 40" smart TV with satellite connection, and wifi. The kitchen is provided with all necessary facilities (ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine...). Two double bedrooms and one full bathroom.
Everything is carefully decorated with particular attention to details.
