We went as a family of four in one self catering room and my parents in another. We had contacted earlier requesting for our accommodation to be as close as possible which they did. Generally clean but our sofa bed had a bad burnt mark on the one side. The shower tray could not contain the water and there was overflow onto the bathroom floor. Both manageable. Lovely pool outside my parents room as per picture. Supermarket is 5 minutes walk away which was convenient. Onsite three restaurants, a grill, buffet and a la carte. 5 mins walk away are a bar and two restaurants. Onsite water sports including Menorca Diving, the staff were great. My 10 year old and 16 year old enjoyed their open water diving course with Diego. the resort is a few minutes walk away to the beach which had three separate parts, water shallow enough to walk through. Clean sandy beaches. 10 mins drive is Fornells, lots of restaurants and a lovely walk along the harbour. Within 30 minutes drive to Mahon airport, Ciutedella and Son Bou. Bring Mosquito repellant.

The staff at the hotel were really nice and helpful wherever they could. The buffet and other restaurants provided nice meal choices and good service. My only issue with this hotel is that there is no mosquito netting on the windows seeing that there is no A/C, the netting would help reduce the mosquito bights.
