"We chose the hotel because of the waterpark and that was really fun. The rooms were quite small for us as a family, but maybe we should have taken a bungalow. The rooms were though quite expensive for its low comfort. Food etc was ok. The hotel shows were great and the animations for adults (sport games) were so much fun too. We laughed so much..Mario, Francesco, Valerie etc were just awesome people. The hotel is not attached to any beach, which we usually like..but there was a waterpark....

"we had 3 nights all inclusive because our flight home was cancelled, lovely hotel, nice staff, good food, not all facilities open when we stayed, 18/06/22, the only thing I would say was a slight negative is that during meal times, it’s is very busy, there is no control over people around the buffet stations, absolute chaos, it is table service in the evening for drinks but buffet service for food, the waitress staff are run off their feet, they deserve a medal, cleaning tables, setting tables,...
