A peaceful atmosphere and ocean views

Villa Fenicia is a complex consisting of six large, fully independent, and very spacious villas. It’s ideal for a family holiday with the little ones or with friends.
The area is very quiet. It features communal landscaped areas, a large outdoor pool, and a fantastic built-in BBQ.

The house is fully equipped with everything you need and is spread over two floors; the ground floor features a spacious living room, a newly renovated kitchen, and a fantastic porch where you can enjoy breakfast with a view of the sea. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a half-bath, as well as another large terrace with views.

Son Parc is an exclusive residential community in the north of the island, perfect for families and golf enthusiasts, as it features the island’s only golf course (18 holes). The beach is just a few minutes’ walk from the house, offering a setting of dunes and crystal-clear waters.

It has private parking.
