In the resort Merano, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 3 km from the skiing area, located by a road, in the countryside. Wohnung liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße. Viel Lärm. Auch in der Nachbarschaft war es oft laut.Wohnung schön groß, die Sessel und Sofas durchgesessen. Rasen ungepflegt und trocken. Vermieter war aber sehr nett und freundlich.

Schöne großzügige Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, aber alles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. An einigen Stellen müsste wieder einmal etwas investiert werden. Sehr gute Lage an einer recht befahrenen Strasse in Obermais, der Verkehr ist immer präsent.

Schöne Lage aber sehr renovierungsbedürftig

Grundsätzlich hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub, die Lage der Unterkunft und die Nähe zum Ort sind ein großer Pluspunkt. Leider ist im Appartment wirklich einiges mehr als renovierungsbedürtif. Wir sind mit den Betten zusammengebrochen, die Kühlschranktür ist mehrfach abgefallen, die Gartenstühle waren auch schon geflickt bzw sind unter uns zusammengefallen. Die Polstermöbel im Wohnzimmer haben ihre besten Zeiten schon lange hinter sich, wenn jemand auf der Schlafcouch hätte nächtigen müssen wäre ein neuer Rücken ein Muß. Der Kontakt zum Hausmeister war dafür sehr nett- wir haben ihn ja häufig wegen der Reparaturen gesehen. Er war total bemüht und hat schnell Abhilfe geschaffen. Trotzdem war es ärgerlich.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und gut gelegen. Negativ zu bewerten ist die Übergabe der Wohnung. Es stand noch ein Wäscheständer mit den nassen Laken der Vorgänger im Wohnzimmer und die Schränke sind voller Kissen und Bezüge, völlig ungeordnet und konnten überhaupt nicht benutzt werden.

Die Wohnung selbst ist super, sehr gut geschnitten, gute Lage. Die Möbilierung des Wohnzimmers mit Essecke würde bei mir im Sperrmüll landen. Die Stühle vom Essplatz sind fleckig und zerissen.die Polstermöbel sind durchgesessen.Die Schlafzimmermöbel sind ok. Matratzen auch ok, aber Bettlaken, Zudecken und Bettbezüge sind eine Zumutung, nichts passte zusammen. Badezimmer und Küche mit Mobilar und Einrichtung sind ok. Der Service bei Übergabe und Abnahme war sehr gut.

Großzügige Wohnung

Die einige Wohnung die kurzfristig vermietet wird.Sonst nur Eigentumswohnungen.Die Wohnung könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen und ist sehr hellhörig . Besonders die Stühle vom Esstisch. Der Stoff ist verschlissen mit Löchern und man hat das Gefühl gleich zusammenzubrechen.Uns fehlten in der Küche Pfannendeckel, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kanne für Tee oder Kaffee. Geschirr reicht aus.Bei Einzelbetten sind die Lattenroste zu kurz. Terrasse und Außenbereich sehr schön.

appartamento bello ma da rinnovare

L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione ed è bello ma va tenuto meglio, in cucina bisogna cambiare gli utensili e le pentole, vanno cambiati per igiene i cuscini perchè non sono tanto puliti. Il responsabile che ci ha accolto è molto gentile e ci ha aiutato. Mi auguro che i proprietari ci tengano di più per rendere questo appartamento ancora più accogliente.

per la prima volta a Merano in estate ci siamo trovati in una casa confortevole sotto ogni aspetto, fresca, pulita, con abbondanza di biancheria e ancora più bella di come visto in foto. vicino al centro ma in una zona residenziale fresca e signorile. abbiamo fatto delle belle passseggiate all'ombra lungo il Passirio con il ns. cane. speriamo di tornarci presto. luisa roberto ed emma

Per una vacanza al Top!

E' stato un piacere soggiornare a Villa Esperia! Moderna ed accogliente questa casa è perfetta per un soggiorno di relax a Merano o come punto di partenza per andare a sciare. Le stanze sono ampie e luminose, pavimenti in legno e addirittura è presente un bel giardino accessibile dalla sala e dalla cucina. Parcheggio esterno e garage sono un plus. Ideale per chi cerca un alloggio in una zona tranquilla e allo stesso tempo intimo.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Die Möbel sind allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten auf jeden Fall vom Vermieter zum Teil repariert werden. Aber im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in der wir 14 Tage mit 2 Shiba Inu einen herrlichen Urlaub hatten

Wir waren vom 17. 6. bis 1. 7. mit 4 Personen in der Wohnung, zu unserer Freude fanden wir die Wohung so vor, wie es die Fotos auf der Internetseite zeigen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete, sehr geräumig, trotzdem verbrachten wir die meisten Stunden auf der großen Terrasse - Frühstück/ Abende- unsere 2 Shiba Inu konnten sich im kleinen Garten frei bewegen, dabei darf man ganz und gar nicht den Eindruck haben, dass dies ausschließlich eine Wohnung für Hundefreunden ist, im Gegenteil man spürt es nicht, dass in dieser Wohnung gelegentlich auch Hunde Gäste sind. Gemäß Angebot können in der Whg 6 Personen übernachten, wir waren 4 Personen, nach unserem Eindruck dürfte es mit 6 Personen ungemütlich werden. Wir haben den Vermieter darf hingewiesen, dass wir in der Küche folgendes vermissten: Toster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeautomat- nur Espressokocher vorhanden- und in der Dusche eine Ablage für Duschmittel. Aber das wars denn auch, alles okay, Und die hervorragende Lage gleicht es aus, zum Sandplatz- Zentrum Meran- nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Langschläfer sollten allerdings die Fenster geschlossen halte, da der Verkehrslärm auf dem Via Winkel gerade am frühen Morgen doch sehr störend wahrgenommen werden könnte Reiner Ukena Norddeich Deutschland

schöne Anlage, in der wir 14 Tage mit 2 shiba Inu einen herrlichen Urlaub hatten

Wir waren vom 17. 6. bis 1. 7. mit 4 Personen in der Wohnung. Zu unserer Freude fanden wir die Wohnung so vor, wie es die Fotos auf der Internetseite zeigen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr geräumig. Trotzdem zogen wir die große Terrasse, mit schöner -fast unverbauter - Panoramasicht vor, wo wir immer unser Frühstück einnahmen und viele Abendstunden verbrachten. Unsere 2 Shiba Inu konnten sich im kleinen Garten frei bewegen, dabei darf man ganz und gar nicht den Eindruck haben, dass dies ausschließlich eine Wohnung für Hundefreunden ist, im Gegenteil man spürt es nicht, dass in dieser Wohnung gelegentlich auch Hunde zu Gast sind. Gemäß Angebot können in der Whg 6 Personen übernachten, wir waren 4 Personen, nach unserem Eindruck dürfte es mit 6 Personen jedoch eng und ungemütlich werden. Wir haben den Vermieter darauf hingewiesen, dass wir in der Küche folgendes vermissten: Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeeautomat zum kaffeekochen für 5 Personen- nur Espressokocher reicht nicht- und in der Dusche eine Ablage für Duschmittel. Aber das wars denn auch, alles okay. Die hervorragende Lage gleicht es aus, zum Sandplatz- Zentrum Meran- nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Langschläfer sollten allerdings die Fenster geschlossen halten, da der Verkehrslärm von der Straße, Via Winkel, besonders am frühen Morgen, doch sehr störend wahrgenommen wird, ansonsten ist die Whg sehr ruhig.
