An attic apartment with 77 m2, two separate bedrooms, a large living room with balcony offers a magnificent view of the mountain peaks of the Texel Group. Newly furnished in the best villa area in Meran Obermais, surrounded by meadows and apple trees. The city center of Merano can be reached in a few minutes by car or on a beautiful walk in 15 minutes.
The apartment is located in Merano Obermais and the beautiful center of the spa town is in the immediate vicinity. The Botanic Gardens and the Touriseum of Trauttmansdorff Castle can be easily reached via the Sissi Way. The public outdoor pool of Scena is in sight. From the bus stop 5 minutes away, many places of interest can be visited. For excursions, the extensive hiking area Meran 2000 attracts. The cycle path to the Passeiertal is only a few hundred meters away.

Tolle Unterkunft
Alles was man sich in einer Ferienwohnung wünscht war vorhanden. Allerdings fehlte auf dem Toaster ein Brötchenaufsatz um Brötchen vom Vortag aufzubacken. Der Ausblick war fantastisch und der Weg in die Stadt -wie beschrieben - nur ca.20 Minuten.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung
Es handelt sich bei dieser Wohnung tatsächlich um ein Refugium, in dem wir uns als Familie wunderbar erholen konnten. Skifahren, wandern, Ausflüge in die benachbarten Städte und Dörfer, Spaziergänge in Meran, die wundervolle Therme etc. - und nicht zu vergessen, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem, was es braucht, um eine gute Zeit zu verbringen. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Der Blick vom Balkon ist fantastisch! Guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen, Meran ist zu Fuß in 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit - es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub.
