New, modern designed two-bedroom apartment for two to four people. Spacious, bright and very quiet, with a large balcony overlooking the mountain peaks of the Tessa Natural Park. Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Spacious separate living room with dining area, kitchen, couch (also as a pull-out sofa bed can be used). The bedroom is separated from the living room by two large sliding doors. This will also open living is possible.
The apartment is located in the Johannes Raut Ladurnerhof, an Art Nouveau villa with Ansitz character, in the center of Merano. It is surrounded by vineyards and very quiet.
