Holiday Apartment 'Lauben 75' with Wi-Fi – Where History Meets Harmony



Situated in the Tyrolean village, close to the thermal baths and Trauttmansdorff Castle, this unique holiday apartment is located in the renowned shopping arcades of Merano, on Laubengasse. The apartment was extensively renovated and completely newly furnished in October 2022, combining history and harmony in a wonderful way.



You can still discover details today that point to the long history of the house. The building dates back to the 17th century and is one of the oldest in Merano. It served as a courthouse until 1800 and was a brothel in the 1960s. In 1980, it became home to one of Merano’s first starred restaurants. Since 2018, it houses a trattoria and attractive holiday apartments.



The apartment is 108 m², features four spacious rooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. It offers enough space for 2 to 4 people, including babies and small children. For various reasons, the maximum is 4 people, including all babies and small children. The apartment is the ideal starting point to discover Merano and South Tyrol in all their facets. Right outside your door, you are in the heart of the action and just a few steps from the Passer river or hiking trails into nature.



The apartment is privately rented, and as a family, we have invested a lot of love and energy into its design. We hope it will inspire you as well. The windows were renovated in March.

Beautiful apartment in the middle of Meran.

Pros: The location is great and apartments is well-equipped. WiFi works properly. Cons: The parking was very expensive and we had to figure out a few things as we did not get clear instructions.

Pros: Super Lage mitten im Herzen von Meran Cons: Die Fenster. Der Straßenlärm, sehr früh am Morgen, war sehr störend trotz geschlossener Fenster. Die Schließung der Fenster war sehr schwer.

Pros: Super Innenstadt Lage, die Wohnung ist aber sehr ruhig und leise, alle Geschäfte sind fussläufig erreichbar, sensationelle Ausstattung von der Wohnung, viele Designerstücke, Lebensmittel Laden direkt gegenüber, sehr netter und warmer Empfang, Verwalterin jederzeit erreichbar, haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen, Home Office hat mega gut funktioniert, sehr zu empfehlen Cons: Gibt es nichts

Wir waren von der schönen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Unterkunft und der zentralen Lage sehr beeindruckt. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter und die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Die neuen Fenster sorgen trotz morgendlichem Lieferverkehr in der Fußgängerzone für eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Wir können die Unterkunft vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt im Zentrum von Meran

Vom Restaurant bis zu allen Geschäften alles in direkter Umgebung. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter und Agentur vor Ort. Ein kleines Problem wurde sofort behoben obwohl es Sonntag war. Ein ganz kleines Manko ist der morgentliche Anlieferverkehr bei den Laubengeschäften, dadurch gab es etwas Lärm, das wurde aber vorher mitgeteilt da die Fenster noch renoviert werden müssen. Sonst sehr schön!
